Project info
Space 21 is Aalto University’s free project space for experimentation and collaboration across disciplines. It brings students and professors from different schools together, from the arts to materials science, engineering and business, in what the university calls a space for the unexpected.
I created a series of three idents for it around its key themes: circular economy, orbital space, and materials science and mathematics. Each one mixes abstract and representational forms inside a glass cube, which plays with the sense of scale and stands for Space 21 itself.
